Neona James is a visionary entrepreneur, strategist, and community advocate dedicated to building pathways to financial freedom and second chances. As the founder of multiple ventures and initiatives, she empowers individuals and families through financial literacy, business education, and practical systems that turn knowledge into action. Rooted in resilience and purpose, Neona’s work bridges mindset, money, and impact—helping people protect their peace while building real, lasting wealth.

With lived experience and a deep commitment to second chances, Jody is passionate about supporting individuals impacted by incarceration as they rebuild stability, confidence, and purpose. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Jody works alongside her wife, Neona James, to create programs centered on reentry support, financial literacy, and personal empowerment—helping people move forward with dignity, direction, and peace.
