Missed appointments, failure to submit required documentation, or changes of mind do not qualify for refunds.

5. Events, Classes & Workshops

All event registrations and tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by us.

If an event is rescheduled:

Your registration will automatically transfer to the new date

Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling conflicts

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates this policy and may result in:

Immediate termination of services

Loss of access to digital content

Account or registration restrictions

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.
